“Contacted Dr FlatPack (Mike) after reading some of the reviews - he was always prompt ad courteous in all communications, and went out of his way to accommodate the needs of the client - When I had to cancel and rebook at the last minute it was not a problem and I was informed of the new time and assembler. The assembler (Jordan) contacted me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way, he was polite and friendly and extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout his time with me and cleared up all the packaging when finished (they do not yet remove the packaging) but this was not an issue for me. All in all great service from start to finish - highly recommended”

“Dr Flatpack himself received a message from me at 11:30pm on Christmas Eve (to which I immediately got a response and he got the ball rolling) and by 1pm on Boxing day I had a 55 inch LED TV impeccably installed on the wall. Not just any wall either, a dot and dab plasterboard wall.
From the start to the end of the process, Mike was professional, punctual and polite. He even answered my stupid "for future reference" questions that I wasn't reluctant to ping in his direction.
As for pricing I can honestly say that it was more than reasonable, roughly half of what another company had quoted me and that quote included a recommendation to reinforce my wall first! No such requirement with Mike, the fixture is solid and sturdy and with a 5 year guarantee I get peace of mind for free.
Thank you, Mike. I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with you again or sing your praises to anyone in need of similar work.
